Experience:

• 7 years of specialization in AI: from building AI solutions in healthcare (Glooko), through developing my own startup projects, to supporting organizations in the practical adoption of generative AI.

• 15 years in technology: product management, strategy, and implementation of technology solutions in international corporations and startups (wefox, Bank Millennium).

• Data Science Program: WBS Coding School (2024–2025) – a deeper understanding of machine learning and large language models, translated into practical workshops grounded in real technical contexts.

• Graduate of the Holistic School of Trainers: combining technical expertise with a human-centered training approach.

I start with a conversation – understanding how the organisation works and what it needs. From there, we choose the tools and ways of working with AI that fit. Then we implement them together, step by step.

I don't just teach tools. I show teams how to think about AI strategically – where it makes sense, where it doesn't, and how to bring it into real organisations.
